SCB eyes RM300mil back-up power transmission line job

KUCHING: Sarawak Cable Bhd (SCB) is eyeing Sarawak Energy Bhd’s (SEB) 275kV back-up power transmission line project from Murum power substation in Kapit to Samalaju substation in Bintulu.

SCB managing director and chief executive officer Aaron Toh Chee Ching said the company was awaiting the outcome of its bid for the project, with its contract expected to be awarded in two months.
