LKL inks deal with Alliance Investment Bank

PETALING JAYA: LKL International Bhd, which is en route to being listed on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, has penned an underwriting agreement with Alliance Investment Bank Bhd (AIBB), the principal adviser, sponsor, sole underwriter and placement agent in conjunction with the company’s proposed initial public offering (IPO).

LKL said in a statement recently that the proposed IPO exercise entails a public issue of 113 million new ordinary shares of 10 sen each.
