MUNICH: Munich Re, the world’s second-biggest reinsurer, will continue buying back shares even as declining prices and low interest rates continue to weigh on earnings.
Munich Re planned to repurchase 1 billion euros (US$1.1bil) of its stock before the 2017 shareholder meeting, the company said in a statement.
