KUALA LUMPUR: Tremendous Asia Partners Group (TAP) and Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (diPerbadankan) (KWAP) are taking a combined 30% stake in food and confectionary manufacturer Munchy Group.
A joint statement issued on Monday that they acquired the stake for an undisclosed amount in Munchy Food Industries Sdn Bhd (MFI) and MFI Labuan Ltd (MFIL).
