IHH expands healthcare services in Singapore in RM346m deal


KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Healthcare Bhd is expanding its healthcare services  in Singapore by buying Radlink-Asia Pte Ltd for S$137mil (RM346.53mil).

It said on Friday its indirect unit Medi-Rad Associates Ltd had signed a sale and purchase agreement with Fortis Healthcare Singapore Pte. Ltd to acquire a 100% stake in Radlink-Asia Pte Ltd. The stake comprised of 29.38 million shares.
