DRB-Hicom seals deal to sell Uni.Asia Capital for RM374.52mil

PETALING JAYA: Uni.Asia Capital Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of DRB-Hicom Bhd, has agreed to dispose of its entire 68.1% stake in Uni.Asia General Insurance Bhd (UAG) to Spanish insurer Liberty Seguros for RM374.52mil cash.

DRB-Hicom Bhd said in a statement to Bursa Malaysia that Uni.Asia Capital had signed a sale and purchase agreement with Liberty Seguros to sell the stake.
