In a turn of events, the Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA) has decided to remain “indefinitely” a member of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) after the recent brouhaha to quit the international multi-stakeholder organisation.
Yesterday, MPOA council members, in a close-door meeting which sought a fresh mandate on whether the association should quit the RSPO, voted to remain a member of RSPO.
