Woman found dead in pond in Hong Kong’s Waterfall Bay Park


A woman has been found dead under a waterfall in a Hong Kong park in Aberdeen.

Police, firefighters and medical personnel found the woman in a pond when they arrived in Waterfall Bay Park after they received a report at around 7am on Monday.

She was taken out of the water and certified dead at the scene. Investigations are under way, according to the force.

The woman was reportedly in her 20s and had personal items, such as her Octopus card and keys.
