Into the Blue yonder

Multiplayer mayhem: Blue is a five-vs-five 3D submersible shooter created by 16 students.

As the submersible crests an underwater mountain, it spots what it is after — a satellite, recently crashed to Earth and now sitting in its watery grave, waiting to be salvaged. However, as the submersible draws near, another shape materialises in the murky blue water — another sub has already beaten it there. It’s now do or die and the submersible charges up its weapons, ready for battle...

The game is Blue, a “multiplayer ­submersible shooter” that’s the ­brainchild of Limkokwing University of Creative Technology’s games department students.
