PETALING JAYA: National football coach Datuk Ong Kim Swee could not hide his grief with the decision to stage the Malaysia-UAE match on Nov 17 in an empty stadium.
The Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) have been fined 40,000 Swiss francs (RM180,000) by FIFA and ordered to play their next World Cup qualifier in an empty stadium following crowd trouble in the World Cup Group A qualifying match against Saudi Arabia at the Shah Alam Stadium on Sept 8.
