LANGKAWI: Michal Lami of Slovakia survived a major scare before being crowned the overall men’s elite champion of the Tradewinds Langkawi International Mountain Bike Challenge (LIMBC) 2014.
The yellow jersey holder went into yesterday’s 14.3km short course Stage Five race holding a 75-second lead over German Karl Platt of Team Bulls.
