KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s doubles department made its presence felt in the Thailand Open Grand Prix yesterday when three men’s pairs marched into the second round in Bangkok.
Former internationals Mohd Fairu-zizuan Mohd Tazari-Mohd Zakry Abdul Latif showed that they are still a force to be reckoned with when they battled to a 22-20, 19-21, 21-14 win over Poland’s Lukasz Moren-Wojciech Szkudlarczyk.
