Enforce without fear or favour

I AGREE that the Sedition Act 1948 must be retained to prevent people from exploiting sensitive issues on religion, race and on issues already protected under the Federal Constitution.

However, the Sedition Act must be enforced fairly without fear or favour. Whoever speaks or acts in a seditious manner must be charged regardless of his position or standing in society.
