KUALA LUMPUR: DAP MP Tony Pua will file for a judicial review against the Immigration Department’s move to bar him from leaving the country if it fails to furnish a reason within the week.
The party’s legal bureau chief Gobind Singh Deo said the Federal Government had gone beyond reasonable expectations by barring Pua without saying why it did so.
