Owner of 40 cats served notice following complaints of stench

BUKIT MERTAJAM: Time is running out for a terrace house owner in Jalan Bayan Kecil, Nibong Tebal, who has been issued a notice to move her 40-odd cats out from the house.

The Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) issued the woman a seven-day notice under its public nuisance and cleanliness rules on Monday.
