PUTRAJAYA: A month after his libel suit was thrown out, Perkasa chief Datuk Ibrahim Ali has filed an appeal to reinstate his claim, setting the stage for round two of a legal battle in relation to his Bible-burning remarks.
Star Media Group Bhd group managing director and chief executive officer Datuk Seri Wong Chun Wai, an advocate for moderation, had on May 11 succeeded in his application to strike out the suit against him and Star Publications (M) Bhd.
