PUTRAJAYA: A 4-year-old girl sustained serious injuries to the head after she fell from the 7th floor of a Civil Servants Housing apartment in Precinct 14, here, on Saturday.
Putrajaya district police chief ACP Abdul Razak Abdul Majid said the incident occurred at 3pm when the victim and her aunt wanted to take the elevator to the 7th floor of the apartment block.
