SEREMBAN: The Negri Sembilan government will file an appeal on the ruling by the Court of Appeal that the state’s Islamic enactment barring cross-dressing contravened the Federal Constitution.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said the council would file an appeal at the Federal Court in the next few days.
