Mum accused of neglect shocks court with guilty plea

SEREMBAN: A 40-year-old mother took the court by surprise when she pleaded guilty to two counts of deliberately neglecting her 15-year-old crippled and mentally challenged son at the Sessions Court here.

Lolanopita Sadi had claimed trial when she was first charged on June 27 in the same court.
