PETALING JAYA: The programme “I want to touch a dog”, aimed at dispelling apprehension and negative perception of dogs, particularly among Muslims, has been declared a success by its organisers.
The programme, which was held for the first time at One Utama here, attracted about 800 people, with half of them Muslims.
