NZ sexual assault case: Rizalman has a history of depression, Herald reports

A Wellington High Court judge has lifted the suppression order on a Malaysian diplomatic aide accused of sexual assault. The accused has been named as Muhammad Rizalman Ismail, aged 38, a defence staff assistant.

PETALING JAYA: It will take more than a couple of days for the evaluation report on former defence assistant Muhammad Rizalman Ismail to be completed, according to The New Zealand Herald on Friday.

The Herald understands that the diplomatic aide, who is being sought in New Zealand to investigate allegations of burglary and assault with intent to rape a 21-year-old woman, has a history of depression.
