KANGAR: The majority of the Chinese community are not receptive to and feel uneasy over the proposed implementation of hudud, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He hoped PAS would listen to all quarters, especially non-Muslims, and understand the sentiments on the ground.
