Hot air balloon makes emergency landing in Putrajaya


PUTRAJAYA: A hot air balloon has made an emergency landing following a minor mishap involving logistical obstructions at the launching field at Precinct 2, here on Sunday. 

AKA Balloon Sdn Bhd, the organiser of the 6th Putrajaya  International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, said the hot air balloon from Korea, piloted by Steve Kim, had to execute an immediate safety landing to put out a minor fire when a tree got caught in the balloon's envelope at 7.45am.
