GEORGE TOWN: A group of disgruntled flat buyers gathered at the state administrative building, Komtar, hoping to meet Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng to solve their problem as they claimed to have been forced to pay additional charges.

They had received offer letters from the state housing department to own a low-medium cost unit at the price of RM72,500 in Bukit Gambir.
