KUALA LUMPUR: A community leader cancelled his bid to seal the assets belonging to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre at the last minute after the centre gave an undertaking to pay damages for revealing his psychiatric medical records.
The High Court had on Oct 30 ordered the centre's director and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) to pay RM200,000 to Mohd Zairi Rasidi Abd Hadi in general damages.
