Zaki was sworn in on Dec 10 in Dubai along with Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Roger Giles, Queen’s Counsel, from Australia.
When contacted, Zaki said it was an honour to be appointed by Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and expressed his gratitude for the ruler’s trust in appointing him.
