FROM tomorrow Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya residents will have to separate their wastes and Kepong Baru residents are among those who are ready for it.

They will be joined by the people of six states — Pahang, Johor, Malacca, Negri Sembilan, Perlis and Kedah — as the Solid Waste and Public Cleansing Management Act 2007 comes into force.
