According to a new study, potassium-rich foods offer health benefits for older women.

Healthy postmenopausal women reduce their risk of stroke if their diet is rich in potassium, according to a research team led by Dr Sylvia Wassertheil-Smoller, of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York, United States.
