Textile manufacturers: Give employers flexibility on wage increase

KUALA LUMPUR: Employers should be given the flexibility to implement productivity-based incentives systems to increase competitiveness instead of being forced into paying higher minimum wage for all, said the Malaysian Textile Manufacturers Association (MTMA).
