Malakoff to raise RM1.8bil from new shares under IPO (Update)

KUALA LUMPUR: Malakoff Corporation Bhd plans to raise about RM1.80bil from the issuance of one billion new shares at a tentative retail price of RM1.80 a share under its relisting exercise.
