Star's Cityneon secures “Marvel-lous” deal

As for Victory Hill, it was incorporated in Singapore on Dec 12, 2014 as a private limited company.

It will transfer specific assets to Victory Hill, prior to completion of the S&P Agreement, and such assets include the Exhibition, which was produced under the direction of Victory Hill's in-house creative team.
