THE new chairman of the Energy Commission (EC) Datuk Abdul Razak Abdul Majid is probably in a tight spot.

Before taking on the top post in the EC, he was heading MyPower Corp Bhd, the entity under the Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry given the mandate to reform the electricity sector.
