Versatile to cash in on Iris, it will go ahead and sell 126.42 million Iris shares

PETALING JAYA: A big block of shares in Iris Corp Bhd is up for grabs.

Versatile Creative Bhd, now a subsidiary of Iris, told Bursa Malaysia it would go ahead with a plan to hive off 126.42 million shares, or a 6.2% stake, in Iris at prices to be determined later.
