TRC Synergy bags RM414.64mil mixed devt JV project in KL

KUALA LUMPUR: TRC Synergy Bhd has secured two contracts from Messrs KL Eco City Sdn Bhd valued at RM414.64mil for a mixed development joint venture.

It said on Thursday its unit Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd would undertake the project, a JV between Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur and KL Eco City Sdn Bhd, to build two blocks of office and one block of service apartments.

TRC said the projects would be built on a few pieces of government land at Kampung Haji Abdullah Hukum, Jalan Bangsar.

The projects would include a 32-storey service apartment block, a 32-storey office block and a 42-storey block.
