PNB denies getting any offer for S P Setia stake

KUALA LUMPUR: Permodalan Nasional Bhd’s (PNB) president and chief executive officer Tan Sri Hamad Kama Piah Che Othman said the fund management company has yet to get any offer for its 49.01% stake in property developer S P Setia Bhd.

He said any offer would have to be deliberated by the board and has to be in the best interest of PNB.
