PETALING JAYA: Bumitama Agri Ltd has successfully priced and issued its inaugural RM500mil five-year sukuk issuance under its maiden sukuk programme of up to RM2bil in nominal value.
The company’s joint principal adviser, joint lead arranger, joint lead manager and joint bookrunner Maybank Investment Bank Bhd said in a statement that the issuance marked the Indonesian-based, Singapore-listed company’s foray into the Malaysian capital markets for financing.
