KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia X
is suspending its services to Male in Maldives from March 1, 2014 due to the challenging business conditions.
The long-haul, low fare affiliate of the AirAsia Group said on Tuesday the suspension of Male was to improve operating cost efficiencies and concentrate capacity in AirAsia X key markets of Australia, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
