KUALA LUMPUR: Foreign ownership of AirAsia Bhd was 51.92% of its issued and paid-up share capital as at June 28.
The low-cost carrier said on Thursday foreigners held 2.78 billion shares of 10 sen each, exceeding the limit of 45%.
