Google ranked the best company to work for... again

Google has once again topped Fortune magazine's 20th annual list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For," retaining its place as one of the most coveted employers on the planet.

The rankings, based on employee surveys of more than 232,000 workers among more than 1,000 companies, consider company culture, employee engagement, fairness and talent development, as part of the overall assessment, among other factors.
