Teen stuns the field in 50m freestyle with new Games record

CARMEN Lim showed why she is Malaysia’s fastest one-armed female swimmer by emerging as the only gold-medal contributor on the fourth day of the Kuala Lumpur Asean Para Games swimming competition.

The sweet-looking 17-year-old retained her women’s (S8) 50m freestyle title with a new Games record at the National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil yesterday.
