Agilan ready to snap Askren in title fight

PETALING JAYA: Agilan “Alligator” Thani (pic) believes he has what it takes to be Malaysia’s first mixed martial arts (MMA) world champion.

With his ONE: Dynasty of Heroes welterweight bout against Ben “Funky” Askren less than a week away, Agilan turned up the heat by proclaiming: “I’m getting the belt ... it’s been my goal since I made my debut.”
