Khairy wants security situation in North Korea reassessed

PUTRAJAYA: Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin (pic) has requested Wisma Putra to reassess the security situation in Pyongyang, North Korea, in the wake of concerns voiced by Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) president Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim.

Tunku Ismail had said in a statement yesterday that he wasn’t in favour of the national team playing against North Korea in Pyongyang on June 8 for security reasons.
