LONDON (Reuters) - Sam Allardyce says he is enjoying the best spell of results in his long managerial career as his Crystal Palace side prepare to try to dent Tottenham Hotspur's title push.

Palace host second-placed Tottenham on Wednesday, having won six and drawn one of their last eight games -- a run only bettered by Tottenham, who have won seven in a row.
