LONDON (Reuters) - Aston Villa's new chairman Steve Hollis appeared to give a vote of confidence to manager Remi Garde on Thursday, saying the Premier League's bottom club need stability even if they are relegated.

Villa have endured a woeful start to the season and have won just two of their 22 league games.
