INCHEON: Malaysian cyclist Mohd Fauzan Ahmad Lutfi completed the men’s 42km individual time trial at the Songdo Road Cycling Course in ninth spot with a time of 54:10.21.
It was an improved performance by the 28-year-old police constable yesterday as he could only finish 12th in the Asian Cycling Championships in Kazakhstan in May.
