PETALING JAYA: Chong Wei Feng exacted sweet revenge on Lim Chi Wing as he steered Puchong United Badminton Club to a 10-9 win over Kepong Badminton Club in the SS Purple League.

The 29-year-old former international was the overwhelming favourite to win his second national men’s singles crown at the National Circuit Grand Prix Finals two weeks ago, but was beaten by Chi Wing for a place in the semi-finals. The 21-year-old Chi Wing went on to become the national champion for the first time.
