I REFER to the report “IDEAS concerned over govt’s one million affordable homes plan” (The StarOnline, Jan 11). I think the Institute for Democracy and Economic Affairs (IDEAS) has wrong ideas about the housing business in this country.
All through our six decades of existence, we have been relying almost entirely on private developers to build houses for the Malaysian masses.
