Courtesy is the best policy

LETTERS by Qistina Zainudin (“Courtesy should be our second nature”; The Star, Nov 26) and Sanjay CS (“Help but don’t expect anything in return”; The Star, Dec 21) made me want to share my experiences.

I have worked with five expatriate bosses and all of them never failed to thank me every time I had completed a task.
