I REFER to the letter “Address flaws in road regulations” (The Star, Oct 10) and I agree that there are many areas that should be looked at to ensure that all drivers are able to drive safely and ensure the safety of the public on the road.
This is especially so for those who drive commercial and public transport vehicles like buses and school vans. There must be a ceiling age for these drivers as they spend a large portion of their time driving and may be stressed out by the traffic conditions. They must also be subjected to regular medical tests and checks by the Road Transport Department.
