MY friend recommended that I see a doctor at a private hospital here. The doctor took around 20 minutes to examine me. I was asked to lift my hand, turn it back and do some other simple manoeuvres. I was then told that my problem could be due to too much computer use.
I was given the choice of two weeks of painkillers or a steroid. I took the steroid.
